LEARN TO FALL
Build Your Falling Resilience!
Created By
Barb Brown & Litza Bixler
Beginner course starts Saturday Sept 5th 3:00 - 4:00 pm!
LTF teaches participants how to fall safely and recover quickly, using simple, easy-to-understand language. It is open to all adults who can go down to the floor and get back up independently, and is especially valuable for anyone who has experienced a fall and wants to rebuild their confidence and falling resilience.
Because these skills build progressively, participants should plan to attend the full course.
