Methods & Foundation

  • Seeing the bigger picture.
    I help clients recognize the patterns and interconnections that shape their work — people, processes, and environments. Systems thinking invites us to look beyond isolated problems and instead design solutions that respond to the wider ecology of an organization or project.

  • Thinking through the body.
    Creativity doesn’t live only in the mind. I draw on movement and somatic awareness to help teams access insight, intuition, and presence. This embodied approach cultivates flexibility, empathy, and grounded decision-making — essential capacities for creative leadership.

  • Understanding the stories we live and tell.
    Every project, brand, or institution has a story running underneath it. Through reflective dialogue and narrative analysis, I help clients surface the values, metaphors, and assumptions that drive their work, and reshape those stories to align with purpose and impact.

  • Designing change through creative exploration.
    Once patterns and stories are understood, we move into generative mode — experimenting, prototyping, and re-imagining. My role is to translate creative exploration into concrete strategies that are innovative, sustainable, and true to the organization’s identity.
