Workshops & Facilitation

How creativity moves - through bodies, systems and culture

Designed for universities, community organizations and creative teams. Experiential workshops help individuals and groups think differently, collaborate fluidly, and connect with their embodied intelligence.

WORKSHOPS

  • Understanding how movement shapes meaning and perception.

Why do you move the way you do? This workshop explores how body language and other nonverbal cues influence how you’re seen, heard, and understood. Through embodied awareness practices, you’ll learn to adjust your physical presence to strengthen communication, develop nonverbal and cultural intelligence, and discover how to “fake it until you feel it” — using posture and gesture to shift internal state as well as external impact.

Ideal for: educators, performers, speakers, and leaders seeking to communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

  • Building authentic connection through listening, empathy, and shared imagination.

Human beings are wired to collaborate — but effective collaboration is about more than great ideas. It requires awareness as much as skill. This masterclass explores how to build rapport, practice deep listening, and communicate persuasively in creative or interdisciplinary teams. Participants experiment with embodied and narrative tools that cultivate trust, authenticity, and presence in group dynamics.

Ideal for: creative professionals, educators, and teams seeking to strengthen communication, mutual understanding, and collaborative flow.

  • Seeing the bigger picture of how ideas, people, and environments interact.

This workshop draws on systems thinking and embodied practice to help participants map the unseen relationships that shape creative outcomes. By exploring how individual actions ripple through larger creative ecosystems, participants learn to navigate complexity with clarity and adaptability.

Ideal for: interdisciplinary teams, educators, and creatives designing programs or projects that require collaboration across multiple fields.

  • Unlocking your creative voice and navigating the journey from idea to realization.

Creativity requires courage — the willingness to move from the safety of the known toward the generative chaos of the unknown. In this workshop, you’ll explore your own creative process, learning to map its rhythms, confront its fears, and harness its joys. Through practical exercises and reflective dialogue, you’ll develop a personal toolkit for idea generation, storytelling, and embodied creative flow.

Ideal for: individuals and teams seeking to reconnect with curiosity, overcome creative blocks, or re-ignite their sense of possibility.

  • Collaborating with technology while preserving your creative voice.

This workshop offers an accessible overview of current AI tools and explores how to integrate them thoughtfully into creative practice. Participants learn to work with these technologies as collaborators rather than competitors, using them to extend rather than replace human imagination and embodied intelligence.

Ideal for: artists, educators, and creative professionals curious about using AI in ways that deepen, rather than dilute, their authentic creative process.

  • Imagining, designing, and embodying the world yet to come.

This workshop invites participants to explore how creative thinking can shape personal, cultural, and technological futures. Blending speculative design, systems awareness, and embodied imagination, it helps learners envision new possibilities — from how we live and work to how we move and create together. Through practical exercises and collective inquiry, participants learn to prototype ideas for more adaptive, humane, and imaginative futures.

Ideal for: educators, creative leaders, and interdisciplinary teams interested in using creativity as a tool for foresight, transformation, and change.

Can be tailored in focus, format, and delivery — in person or online — to meet the unique needs of your group or community.

FACILITATION

Grounded in trust, attunement, and embodied expertise.

Working with groups and organizations to refine and strengthen their own facilitation practices.

Drawing on decades of experience leading creative, academic, and interdisciplinary processes, I help teams develop the confidence, sensitivity, and structure needed to guide others effectively.

My approach combines attunement and embodied awareness with practical tools for communication, group dynamics, and responsive leadership. Whether you’re leading workshops, community programs, or collaborative projects, I support you in creating spaces where insight and creativity can emerge naturally.

Facilitation is where the work becomes alive. Rather than delivering content, I guide groups through the facilitation process in real time — listening through movement, story, and subtext. My role is to hold a clear, flexible container that allows creativity, connection, and insight to emerge from within the group itself.

“Litza is one of the most creative people I know and that is saying something as I have worked with some of the best directors and artists in the world. She has the ability to find practical solutions for complex problems and she also encourages people go beyond their limits.”
